    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;December is in full swing, and I can vividly remember what this stretch felt like when I was in the classroom; determined to “just keep swimming,” leaning on that “we just have a few more days” energy, and wading through real feelings of fatigue.&amp;nbsp; At this time of year especially, you can sense that your teachers might be running on empty.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":right_arrow:"&gt;➡️&lt;/span&gt; Finish this sentence: My teachers are tired of ______.&amp;nbsp; What’s underneath that fatigue? A process that could be simplified? A message that needs to be heard differently? A moment where trust has worn thin?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Fill in the blank honestly. Then ask yourself: what part of that can you redesign, delegate, or delete? What part might technology, or even AI, make lighter?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Noticing is the first step. Shifting what’s possible, is next.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
