Join us March 19, 2026, we are celebrating International Women's Day 2026 and our March theme of Equity & Access (STEM). This event brings together visionary female tech leaders from Nigeria and Brazil for an immersive "Digital Storybook" experience.

"Women in Tech: Stories from the Field" uses Google Earth to virtually transport educators into the local communities of our speakers. Our speakers will then share the "pivot points" and innovations that have defined their leadership.

This session is designed to move from inspiration to action, providing educators with the strategies and Google tools needed to dismantle barriers and empower the next generation of women in STEM within their own classrooms.

Giselle Santos
Giselle Santos is an educator and innovation leader with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of education, AI, and digital transformation. A national reference in the field, she translates AI and digital transformation into concrete decisions — learning experiences, institutional practices, and governance grounded in ethics and real impact. She advises organizations on AI adoption with evidence-based criteria, protecting people, data, and contexts.

TEDx Speaker, Google AI Community member, Forbes Blk community member, and contributor to Brazil's AI agenda. Faculty at Saint Paul Business School (Black Leadership Program), graduate student in AI and Public Policy. LinkedIn Top Voice and Google Women Techmakers Ambassador. She is also the human of two adorable pinschers.

Adaobi Agbaegbu
Adaobi Agbaegbu is an expert in EdTech, driven by a singular mission: to transform education in Africa. As the Director of CloudEDU Nigeria, Google’s leading Tier 1 Partner in Africa, she leverages her unique blend of expertise in Technology Integration and UX design to build seamless, impactful educational systems.

An innovator at heart, Adaobi designs tailored technology frameworks for schools, leads professional development for teachers, and crafts critical digital citizenship and online safety programs. Her work goes beyond simple implementation—it’s about creating sustainable solutions that bridge educational gaps.

Adaobi speaks fluent French and is currently learning Chinese, all while running a children's book publishing company.
