"As far as I know" the only place you can find that information is in the "Email log search" and if you use it you can see its not great for searching unless you have fairly specific information. AND as a bonus it will only return a maximum of 1,000 entries.

I've taken the stance that if anyone is sending you messages and the get bounced they need to actually read the response they get and communicate that to us so we can work through the issue.

A statement/request of "your system is blocking us - fix it" doesn't get any traction.

Is there a way to view a list of rejected emails? Other than the message delivery graph for a generic number of emails that are rejected, is there any way to look at a list of them to have better troubleshooting of issues receiving emails?

Investigation Tool (assuming you have Standard or Plus) would always be my starting point. Typically something has hit quarantine for us and therefore never gets to the end user.

If you don't you will need to take a look in the email audit logs.

It's not easy to find things in the log without any details.

Using the event Bounced was the only thing I could think of.

I did some looking - the "Bounced" event in the Investigation Tool is for internally originating outgoing emails to other systems that are being bounced back to you - not for externally originating incoming emails being bounced back to the external sender
