Goog classroom Guardian Emails

So in Google classroom teachers can add the guardian and I guess it emailes them somehting. Status, grades etc. So I have 1 parent claiming the emails she is getting are blank. These emails are not trackable in the investigation tool so I cannot see them and in google classroom all there is is a place to add the parents email there is no settings/config. Is there anything I can do about this?

Yem that was quick, they confirmed its a known issue and they are "working on it"

Yes just now.

I can confirm that Google has been working on this since late last week. No additional updates.
