      <title>Enterprise support portal cannot create a new case?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did I miss another memo some where?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For years I could log into the Google support portal to create support tickets for my Workspace domain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/cases" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/cases&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can still login, and &lt;STRONG&gt;see&lt;/STRONG&gt; my previously created case,&amp;nbsp; but when I click on "create support case" I am hit with "You do not have permission to create support cases".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What the?&amp;nbsp; How do I remedy this, if I cannot create a case??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
