Good morning. Unfortunately our Google admin is unavailable, but I do have access to our Google Admin console. We have a student who can log onto a Chromebook without issue, but when they log into their Google account on a computer they get the error below. We have tried other PC's, made sure Chrome was updated, used incognito mode and we have reset the students password. Has anyone seen anything like this?

Some sort of context aware access involved here?

Thank you for your reply. I don't see context aware access when I am in GA so I may not have full super admin access. I will get with the admin who does and have them look.

The only way I have found to solve this is to remove the account from the computer or device (by account, I also mean the user profile on the PC) and sign in again. Not sure if that is helpful or not.

This might be restricted through the Context Aware Access which only the super admin has access to. Some policies might have been set up to prevent the account from login on other devices except the Chromebook. Try and check if the PC is connected to the same WiFi as the Chromebook.
