Chromebook Audio Recorder - Where the heck is it?

According to Google, Chromebooks have an Audio Recorder on them. Not only can I not find it, but outside of this article, I can find no mention of it. According to the article linked below, you click launcher and then Recorder.

Does anyone else have this App? We are on version 126.

Appreciate the link. Before I white listed and recommended 3rd party apps, I was hoping I was just over looking this built in option mentioned in the Google Article, or maybe this is coming in an upcoming release.

This is also no where to be found on a Chromebook Plus running Dev 132.0.6834.0
I checked with support and they are also unable to locate these apps.

I have the app on an HP Elite c640 G3 Chromebook Plus running ChromeOS 132.0.6834.69 in the beta channel.
