    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you use any services that work as a walled garden? We do so and have to add email addresses or domains to the bouncer list to be let in including Google Classroom. Ours is separated by OU for granularity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a student who was receiving email notifications from Google Classroom and they stopped a few weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; I searched the Email Log in GAC and there have been no emails from Google Classroom to her for the last few weeks.&amp;nbsp; I also checked her Gmail for any rules or blocking and did not see anything strange.&amp;nbsp; Most students ignore or turn off these notifications, but this student uses them and wants them.&amp;nbsp; I also checked her Classroom settings and email notifications are turned on.&amp;nbsp; I am hoping someone here has a suggestion for my next steps.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Below are some things that I would try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In Google Classroom, there are 2 places to verify that the notifications are on. The settings&amp;gt;Notification&amp;gt;Email needs toggled on and then below Notifications there is Class Notifications. In this section you can select a Class from the pulldown menu and toggle it On or Off per class. Did you verify both locations are set to ON?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is this on a district owned Chromebook? Try having the student sign-out of the Chromebook, remove the student profile from the device, then have the student login and see if that works.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check and see if the problem follows the student by having them try another school issued device. If it does, it is a profile setting issue.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If the problem is only when the student is using this one device, then powerwash the device and see it that removes the problem.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are any students on the People tab in the Google Classroom receiving notifications?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If the student is using Google Classroom mobile app, make sure they have the notifications set to ON in the mobile app.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Knowing the answer to these questions can help you narrow the issues down to the device vs. the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp; Yes, I confirmed all notifications in Classroom are enabled and her classmates get them.&amp;nbsp; I also checked her Gmail and I do not see any rules, filters or blocked email addresses.&amp;nbsp; I also logged onto her device on another computer and same thing.&amp;nbsp; Very strange&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried removing her from the Google Classroom then adding her back?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you are using the "Restrict Delivery" setting in Gmail for your student OU, try adding the Google Classroom domain classroom.google.com to see if that helps?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the old "turn it off and on again" procedure must be tested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With that also&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;disable all notifications&lt;/EM&gt; wait a bit (a day or two) and then turn them on again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm reading this now and&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a full OU who were receiving email notifications from Google Classroom and they stopped a few weeks ago, 25/06/2024 out of the blue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have checked that their Classroom settings and email notifications are turned on.&amp;nbsp; I did not change anything in the admin console at that time or before regarding Gmail, Classroom, etc. The rest of the OUs are running correctly. So....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
