Is there any way of finding out who created or owns a Google form all we have is the URL. I tried using the gibbrish ID and searching the drive logs for that

I believe you can export the share URL in GAM. It's been some time since I have run this, but I think this may provide you with the URL you are looking for.

You have access to the investigation tool, you can copy and paste the combination of letters and number following the /d/ and ends before the /. That is the document ID. You can search by document ID and find out the owner who has editing recently.

Example: the docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/sdsfewFDFsfWfwFSSFWFwe353/view

This has never worked for me as the viewform ( what users see) and the actual form have different IDs. Most of the time, you only get viewform to work with. Works great on other docs but not forms.
