Hi,

We use a separate domain for our students, our staff domain is whitelisted and teachers have no problem creating classes. Our students cannot see an email icon for the teacher. They can see an email icon for other students in their class.

This seems to be a cross domain issue but both domains are whitelisted.
Any help would be appreciated.

Rizwan
