I have some devices in an OU in Managed Guest session. I did some reorganizing and made a new OU for them and moved the devices. I need them to keep the screen on and they used to but now they do not. I've been through every power ssetting ans se them all to do nothing on Idle and it still does. Is there one I'm missing?

There's a third party extension for this, Keep Awake. I don't believe there is anything native.

AFAIK, you can manage Chrome extensions in a managed guest session.

https://admin.google.com/ac/chrome/apps/guest?
