Hi @TraceyP

There's a big difference between manually handling and not handling CSVs.🙂

Automating usually entails grabbing data from one place and pushing it to another, and often requires temporary storage of the downloaded source data until the upload to the destination is complete.

So, as long as the SIMS allows you to grab the data either by automatically downloading a CSV, or pulling data through an API, you will most likely need an intermediate place to put the sync engine, with some storage.

Hi everyone! I'm searching for anyone who has experience integrating SIMS with Google Classroom/GfE.
It would be especially good to hear from someone who has used Lightspeed, SIMS, and Google Classroom together, especially with SIMS as the primary database for class lists. I'm trying to find out if it's possible to sync SIMS directly with Google without manually handling CSV files.

Currently, the school I'm working with uses the standard desktop version of SIMS, not SIMS Online.

Thanks! If it's a bank holiday weekend where you are, I hope you're having a good one.
