This is in regards to trust rules. Currently you can set a trust rule that will give a warning but only to the shareer of that file gets it. This is the message they see: "When you select Allow with a warning" users will see a warning for the Sharing activity. They won't see a warning for receiving activity"

If the receiver of the shared file also got a warning then they would know to make a copy and store it in a shared drive.

So many users don't or can't remember who shared the file over the years to them. However they continue to use them.

I would like to see the warning also given to the person who received the shared file.

We have been trying to figure out what files have been touched by our suspended users, however there is no way to do that currently.

We try hard to have our users use a shared drive but still we have users still touching files of suspended users as far back as 2018. Our eventual goal is to delete users, however because they have shared docs shared internally this remains a challenge.
