    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, that's been the case before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows gets confused, and no matter what you do in Meet or Chrome, it just doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have to keep reminding people to properly shutdown and/or reboot their devices every day. Since everyone moved from desktops to laptops, people just close the lid at the end of the day, and think that's it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Google Meet Mic disabled by system</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anybody else have this issue?&amp;nbsp; If so, do you have a solution?&amp;nbsp; Many of our staff are getting the orange exclamation mark on their microphone when in Meet.&amp;nbsp; The error says that the microphone is disabled by the system and they have no Mic.&amp;nbsp; When we check, the microphone is enabled and selected in Meet settings and Windows .&amp;nbsp; Meet does have rights to access Mic and camera.&amp;nbsp; Our only option has been to uninstall the audio device (Realtek) in Device Manager and let it reinstall.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, this can only be done by admins on laptop.&amp;nbsp; If they use a headset, it does not seem to have issues so we also use this as a workaround.&amp;nbsp; Testing the Mic in Zoom, it works fine.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
