What am I missing? (kiosk mode)

We had a leftover Chromebox that I'm giving to our media center as a student checkout device. Obviously since this will mostly be unsupervised we want them to only get to the school's website and also Follett. I have the * in the settings to block everything yet I'm still able to browse out to Youtube and such.

Is the rule really kicking in?

Move the device to another OU, so you see the rules are removed, and then move it back,

Also, make sure all settings are in the Kiosk section, as User settings aren't applied to Kiosk devices.

You can also test adding http://* and https://* to the blocking rule.

I made sure to add it to the device settings (not user). I just did a ChromeOS upgrade but last I looked the policy time was only a few minutes and I had made these changes almost 30 minutes ago.
