I've used an account in our domain for years to purchase digital movies. Suddenly, I can't seem to verify the account no matter what I do in the admin panel or in the account itself. Any suggestions?

Add a security key to it in the admin console, or add Recovery #/email to it there.

I'm assuming you mean you can't verify when trying to login?

I can login and see email - but when trying to purchase, it says account can't be verified and I've also got the following screenshot. Is there a spot in the admin panel for setting up accounts that can pay for services/movies now?

What's so frustrating is that I can log into the account without any issues, go to all the settings, but when I go to payments, it tries to verify and won't let me? Any other ideas?

Accessing payment stuff is a "sensitive action" which requires authentication, and your account is currently too weak.

Remember you may need to wait before the info is valid. The documentation says 7 days, but we managed in just a couple of minutes.
