Is it the same document shared with the students? I've seen documents that just refuse to show a print preview, but same student on a different document have no issue.

I'm not sure if this is a Chromebook issue or papercut mobility print. When a student goes to print, it freezes the Google docs window. If they refresh the page, they get an error that the print failed. This has happened to a small amount of students. Powerwashing did nothing as I thought flushing their credentials from Papercut might help. Only option was to share the document to someone else to print. Also, the print preview never loads.

If the print preview does not load - I doubt its anything to do with Papercut. I'd check those users do not have an incorrectly defined printer in the Google admin console. I'd also check the mobility print app is in your list of approved apps for the users.

The printer is pulled from mobility print and yes it is in the allowed list of apps.

I know - but it is also possible to set a default printer on the admin console and if done incorrectly this is what you get. Just worth checking.
