Force deployed extensions not deploying

We have some users not getting force deployed extensions. They are on Windows devices logged into them via GCPW and signed into chrome, Chrome is fully updated. I can see in chrome://poliicy it shows the IDs for the for deployed ones. I can have that user sign into another device and it seems to work. On theirs I recreated the Windows and Chrome profiles etc. But nothing seems to get their extensions to deploy on their own machines.

Is there anything else I can try.

Check to see you haven't enrolled those devices and are controlling them in a different OU.

Could be visible in the policy page if there are conflicts.

Can you point me to where that would be in the console. I want to say we aren;t enrolling them for device management because we have Windows SCCM for that and it conflicted but maybe something isn't configured right for these and the other device I had the user test is setup different somehow.
