Hello!

I am excited to share that the annual Kent ISD AI Summit is back for the 26-27 school year! We listened to feedback and this year we will be hosting the Summit during the day to better accommodate schedules. The past four years have pushed teaching and learning on how AI actually fits into our classrooms in a way that helps educators and students - without adding more to our overflowing plates.

Kent ISD Fall AI Summit 2026:

Date: Monday, November 2, 2026
Time: 8:30am - 2:30pm
Location: Kent ISD, Educational Service Center

I’m especially excited that Danielle Boyer is our keynote speaker! Danielle is an incredible Native American robotics inventor and STEAM advocate who builds low-cost tech to make learning accessible for every student. Her approach is hands-on, down-to-earth, and centered on equity.

The focus for the AI Summit this year is EMPOWERMENT and you can expect to engage in learning and see practical applications on ways to:

Clear away learning obstacles for students who need extra support
Give every student a platform to share their voice and story
Make hands-on tech tools accessible in any classroom
