One thing I did this year that I am most proud of is getting the ball rolling on a district wide K-12 Tech Curriculum. I'm talking digital citizenship, digital literacy, AI literacy, and computer basics all mapped out in a progression K-12. This is a 3-5yr plan, but I got the support of another instructional coach from my district and together we pitched this to the district curriculum coordinator, who provided her stamp of approval.
