One thing I did this year that I am most proud of is getting the ball rolling on a district wide K-12 Tech Curriculum. I'm talking digital citizenship, digital literacy, AI literacy, and computer basics all mapped out in a progression K-12. This is a 3-5yr plan, but I got the support of another instructional coach from my district and together we pitched this to the district curriculum coordinator, who provided her stamp of approval.

As the school year winds down, it's the perfect time to pause and celebrate the incredible impact you've had in your schools and with your teachers. Instructional Coaching is demanding work, so let's take a moment for some collective reflection and gratitude.

What was one thing that you did this year as an Instructional Coach that you are most proud of?

Share your story with the community, and consider reflecting on the following points to provide a deeper look at your experience:

The Challenge: What specific problem or instructional barrier were you helping a teacher or team overcome?

The Action: What coaching strategy (e.g., modeling, co-planning, data-driven discussion) did you use, and what specific resources or tools (like Google Workspace apps or NotebookLM) helped facilitate the breakthrough?

The Impact: How did you measure the success of this effort? What observable change did you see in the teacher's practice or in student engagement/learning outcomes?

We look forward to celebrating your successes and learning from your proudest moments!
