 omen’s Ministry Director for the Pearl River Baptist Association. Whether 
 she’s supporting teachers\, serving in ministry\, or solving problems behi
 nd the scenes\, Tara is passionate about helping people work smarter\, com
 municate better\, and build meaningful community—and believes most problem
 s can be solved with clarity\, collaboration\, and occasionally a spreadsh
 eet.  Ashton Treadaway Ashton works as an English Language Arts teacher at
  Pearl River Central High School. He teaches classes ranging from World Li
 terature to Creative Writing. He is a Google level 1 certified educator\, 
 and he uses technology in the classroom to promote creativity\, organizati
 on\, and collaborative problem solving. He is also a self published author
  who harnesses technology and Google tools to increase his own productivit
